Mitra eyes are equipped with facial recognition technology and a tablet attached to chest allows the patients to see their loved ones & the medical staff unable to access the wards.

The robot Mitra is mainly used by patients who are unable to communicate using their mobile phones. It is also used for remote consultations with specialist in order to minimize the risk of becoming infected.
It is a tough time for doctors and medical staff also and very difficult to see any COVID-19 patients, robot is very useful and helpful in many aspects.

Many patients feeling very happy with the Mitra. It is developed by Bengaluru-based start-up Invento Robotics and it cost to the hospital ( Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension) one million rupees ( $13,600)
