    Food Service Robot solution for Japan: SoftBank Group Corp

    The company said they will bring a robot for restaurants as Japan struggle with labor shortages and they tied up with California based Bear Robotics artificial intelligence company to ensure social distancing during this COVID-19 pandemic era.

    This robot has many layers of trays and it is equipped with 3D cameras with Lidar sensor for navigation.

    SoftBank will launch this robot named “Servi” in January 2022 and it will cost 99,800 yen($950)/month, excluding tax on long term plan.

    Robot comes with some features like bussing, drink delivery and patrolling
